The Dobbs Ferry Schools Foundation has pledged $50,000 for each of the next four years to the District, so that the foreign language program in Springhurst can be enhanced.

The Foundation believes in the benefits of a FLES (Foreign Language in Elementary School) program, including improved competence and confidence in another language and a greater knowledge, understanding and respect for other cultures that stems from this competence. Our support for this program is in keeping with the strategic goals defined by the administration and our desire to work in concert with the District to continuously enhance the opportunities given to Dobbs Ferry students

To show your support for this initiative, please consider making a contribution to the Foreign Language Initiative (FLES) at Springhurst Elementary School.  Please click on  "donate" below to donate online via credit card with PayPal’s secure server.  Thank you!
