Formed in 1996, Purple Haze is a small group of talented musicians committed not only to maintaining the impressive musicality required for award-winning a cappella, but also long-lasting friendships.  Purple Haze performs three shows a year, tours both nationally and internationally, and has released six studio albums.

 

Purple Haze has been featured on Best of College A Cappella collections, Voices Only CD compilations, received rave Recorded A Cappella Review Board (RARB) reviews, and garnered many CARA and ACA awards.  Recently, Purple Haze competed in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) Finals at the Lincoln Center.
